About RDM
Our Mission is to provide a Christ-centered environment to learn the art of dance for the purpose of glorifying God, redeeming dance and the beauty of every human body for His Kingdom.
Our team has a heart for Jesus, which means that they see your children from a unique perspective. They are not only concerned with proper alignment and technique but also their spiritual alignment and God-honoring character. They have a desire to build up students and not tear them down, to unite and not divide.
Our mission is to teach the art of dance for the purpose of glorifying God and spreading the gospel of Hope to the nations through movement. We believe that He is redeeming dance, taking it back from the world to restore it to its original design, the worship and praise of God with our whole selves.
What makes RDM different?
When thinking of a Christian studio, one might assume that prayer is merely added to traditional dance classes. At RDM, yes, we pray in class, but it’s more than that. We take a Christ-centered approach to everything we do. Every correction, every greeting, every step of choreography stems from the central focus of Jesus Christ and our relationship with Him. We strive to love God well and we strive to love people well. Being Christ-centered in its simplest form means that we take the focus off of ourselves and place it on Jesus. Our goals are no longer to be the best in class with the most flexibility for our own recognition and fame, it’s to be the very best that we can for His glory and fame, celebrating our differences and unique giftings. Christ-centered instruction looks wildly different.
