Our Mission is to provide a Christ-centered environment to learn the art of dance for the purpose of glorifying God, redeeming dance and the beauty of every human body for His Kingdom.
Empowering the most vulnerable children of Zimbabwe to not just survive, but thrive.

The Zimbabwe Chapter of RDM was established on the campus of Kuda Vana Partnership in early 2022 and is being led and directed by Lys Sheyki.

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord” Psalm 150:6

Not Your Typical Orphanage

Kuda Vana, which means “Loving Children” in Shona, is committed to improving the situation of children without adequate family care. AIDS and other diseases, economic hardship and extreme poverty have left millions of children in Zimbabwe orphaned, separated or on the brink of family breakdown.

Kuda Vana partners with Social Services to provide a safe and loving environment for orphaned or abandoned children who are in need of temporary or permanent care. It is our priority to reunite children with their families, or to facilitate fostering and adoption when we can through our FAMily (Foster Adopt Mentor) program. Kuda Vana also works to keep vulnerable families intact through our Family Assistance Program, providing meals and assistance to families in dire need.

The most valuable thing the Psalms do for me is to express the same delight in God which made David dance.
